Cumin is one of my favourite ingredients! I use it in cooking in so many dishes. My favourite use would be adding a heaped teaspoon to hummus. It adds an earthy, nutty flavour which elevates the taste of hummus.
Some health benefits include promoting healthy digestion, promoting weight loss, improving blood sugar control and cholesterol. Cumin is naturally rich in iron and high in antioxidants and is an anti-inflammatory.
