A great way to infuse loose leaf tea - easy to use and a great tasting result.
Squeeze the handle and the strainer will pop open.
Scoop the desired amount of tea into the strainer and let handle go, the strainer will snap shut.
Place in cup and poor over fresh boiling water. Let sit for 3 -5 minutes depending on tea and taste preference.
Wash after use. This can be used many times on many different tea varieties. It can also be used for cold infusions. Instead of seeping with hot water you can use cold water instead. You will need to seep your tea for longer for a stronger flavour - up to overnight in the fridge.
